These three pillars have been a fundamental part of policy for a long time. In every decision, we will – where possible – opt for solutions that protect people and their environment and make life more pleasant.

Environment – Our building meets the strictest requirements in terms of sustainability: geothermal energy for cooling and heating, rainwater collection and reuse, economical lighting system, optimal insulation, recyclability of the materials, etc.

The 380 kWp solar park produces more than our own needs, allowing us to contribute to the energy transition with green energy. The trucks are equipped with environmentally friendly Euro VI E engines and the corporate cars are already largely electric. Also all waste is recycled into 6 different waste streams.

Social aspect – The well-being of employees and their families is vital. Respect for each other, diversity and inclusion in the workplace are paramount. Nothing is more important than a pleasant, safe and healthy working environment that everyone feels good about.

All possible auxiliary and transport equipment should be used to make the work less stressful. As a company and as a team, we also want to radiate this positive attitude to the outside world.

Governance – Nothing is acquired, everything evolves. We must constantly question ourselves and try to improve the company structure and processes. With input from everyone.
